PokerMeet Team
Practical notes about rollout, trust posture, and better private-game coordination.
PokerMeet is now live across California. Discovery is enabled across California counties.
Hosts still control every seat. Players request a seat, hosts approve or decline, and exact addresses stay hidden until approval and the reveal window.
What this means for hosts
- You control who attends and when the address is revealed.
- You can decline requests that feel off with no penalty.
- Panic hide remains available to remove visibility quickly if needed.
Verification and safety
- Phone verification is standard for beta access.
- ID checks are optional for hosts who want extra trust.
- We still prohibit rake, seat selling, and public address sharing.
What happens next
We are prioritizing counties with active founding hosts and reliable waitlist demand. If you want your area to move faster, join the waitlist and invite trusted friends in your county.
