Introducing the PokerMeet County Launch List

PokerMeet is preparing for a public launch planned for August 2026, subject to launch readiness. The County Launch List helps us identify where adult players and capable hosts are ready to build a useful local network.

PokerMeet remains in private beta today. Production account creation is invitation-only while release preparation continues.

What the County Launch List is

The list is a way to follow a county and receive relevant PokerMeet rollout updates. When you join, you tell us your state, county, and whether you are primarily interested as a player, host, or both.

That information helps PokerMeet answer practical launch questions:

• Where is player interest concentrated?
• Which counties have recurring hosts ready for review?
• Where can a launch provide real local activity instead of an empty directory?
• Which communities need education about approvals, privacy, and game-night expectations?

What joining does not do

Joining the list does not create a PokerMeet account, grant private-beta access, reserve a seat, guarantee that a game is available, or reveal a private address.

You may receive a county share link after joining. That link records referral attribution so PokerMeet can distinguish genuine local interest from test or duplicate traffic. It is not an access code.

Why PokerMeet opens region by region

A local coordination app is useful only when players and hosts can find each other within a practical distance. A large number of scattered signups can look impressive while producing no usable game inventory.

PokerMeet therefore evaluates regional readiness based on real host depth, local player demand, safety operations, and product readiness. County updates are available nationwide, but public game listings and public Discovery hosting open only in reviewed public regions.

How host access works

People interested in hosting can join the County Launch List, but posting a public game in Discovery requires Approved Public Host status in an eligible reviewed region.

An Approved Public Host is a PokerMeet applicant who has been reviewed for access to public Discovery hosting. The status is not government identity verification, a gambling license, or a guarantee that a game is safe or lawful. Hosts remain responsible for their private events and for following applicable law.

How address privacy works

PokerMeet shows the general area first. Exact location details are available only after the host approves the player, required safety conditions are satisfied, and the event's reveal window is active.

If a host uses Panic Hide, address visibility is removed immediately for non-hosts. A player can never use the County Launch List or a county share link to bypass these controls.

What PokerMeet does not handle

PokerMeet coordinates private home games. It does not collect buy-ins, process payouts, escrow funds, take rake, or settle game money.
