For hosts

A clear invitation sets the tone.

The best invitation answers the practical questions and leaves room for a personal welcome.

PokerMeet guide · For adults 21+

Describe the evening plainly.

Tell people what kind of table you are bringing together, when it starts, and what you expect of guests. Clear descriptions help players decide whether to request a seat.

  • Use a recognizable game title and an accurate schedule.
  • Explain the format and house expectations.
  • Keep private directions out of public descriptions and images.

Review requests with intention.

PokerMeet brings requests and rosters together; the decision about each request remains yours. A request count is not a headcount. Review the roster and communicate clearly as plans take shape.

Keep the location in its proper place.

Exact address visibility depends on approval, safety checks, and the active address-release window. Avoid copying the address into a public description or community post, where those controls do not apply.

Understand public Discovery separately.

Organizing a private game and publishing to public Discovery are different. During launch, public Discovery hosting requires Approved Public Host status and an eligible reviewed region. That status is not a license or an endorsement.
