For players
Your first seat request.
A little clarity before you request a seat makes the evening easier for you and the host.

Start with the game details.
Read the schedule, format, general location, and expectations. Make sure the timing and table are a fit before asking to join. A public listing does not expose the exact home address.
- Check the start time and general travel area.
- Read the host’s notes and expectations.
- Ask about anything important that remains unclear.
Give the host time to review.
A request is an expression of interest. It is not a reservation or a promise of acceptance. Hosts make their own decisions about their table. Check your request status before making firm plans.
Check directions at the right time.
Even after approval, exact address access also requires the safety checks and an active address-release window. The app’s address state matters; approval does not unlock the address early.
Treat the invitation with care.
Respect the host’s privacy and the other players. Do not forward a private address or bring an unapproved guest. If your plans change, communicate promptly. See the Player Code for the existing community expectations.
